The fine print
Please let Alloggi Acquavita know your preferred check-in time between 15-19 o'clock at least 2 days in advance as there is no 24-hour reception.Please note that the check-in and key collection takes place at c/o Alloggi SS Giovanni e Paolo, Barbaria de le Tole 6402, 30122 Venezia (700 m from the accommodation).All late check-in (after 19 o'clock) requests are subject to approval and confirmation by the property before the booking is made (use the contact the property functionality).
For check-in between 19 o'clock and 20 o'clock there is an additional fee of 15€.
For check-in between 20 o'clock and 21 o'clock there is an additional fee of 30€.
Check-in after 21 o'clock are not possible even by paying a supplement.
The late check-in fee has to be paid in advance by using a payment link or a QR code provided by the accommodation.
All guests must be present at the check-in.The accommodation is not authorized to provide breakfast and/or other meals.Please note that air conditioning is available from 01 June until 15 September (fee applies).From April to the end of September Alloggi Acquavita offers an Italian breakfast at the cost of 10,00€ per person per day.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Beautiful room, with typical Venetian decor: glass chandelier, colorful walls, gilded wardrobe, decorated chairs :) Our room was looking right over the canal and a small bridge, it was nice to hear the water flowing every night :) The bed was extremely comfortable. They provided a plug-in mosquito deterrent, which deemed really helpful! There is a coffee machine, with pods; a mini fridge; a hairdryer; a small TV, which you can get some English programs on; multiple blankets for different temperatures. The shower felt amazing, the water pressure is just right! We had room service multiple times throughout our 6 day stay, the staff was very kind. At the check-in location, the receptionist was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the city! He gave us a map and a 15 minute explanation of places we should visit and he drew how to get there, on the map! You can leave your luggage at the hotel before you check-in and after you check-out - they give a code for the front door, very convenient. They also provided detailed instructions on how to get the exemption code for the city tax. Theres a grocery store 3 minutes away and multiple cafés and restaurants just a short walk away :) Keep in mind that most of the famous attractions are around a 20-25 minute walk away! So if you have reservations you need to leave a bit earlier :) Overall we had a very pleasant experience, thank you!

Cleanness,location,hospitality,spacious,reasonable. Everything was brilliant,couldn’t be better. If going back to Venice again I will stay in here again.
